You get what you pay for
They aren't super high quality, but you aren't paying for that. The insole comes out, and I was able to fit my custom orthotics into it. The colors are bright and attractive. They aren't Keds, but they are decent colored sneakers and comfortable with my own insoles in them. There is no arch support so I'd recommend getting something to augment that.
