Shipping could be better
The product itself works and looks nice upon arrival. My complaint is that it is shipped in the box pictured. It is a nice gift box that should be used to gift the product. It was however covered in tape and shipping labels. I believe it should have been placed inside of a shipping box as well. Once I opened the product to gift it to my wife the nice packaging was destroyed and filthy. Overall the product is what I expected.
- Gave it to my mom and she loved it
- The LED lights could be difficult to replace if they burn out
