Reliable, quiet, great light and fan control, good USB power situation. My only complaint is that the feet could grip my desk better and the little prongs that come out to hold your laptop on the cooling pad are slightly flimsy. Neither of these things are a big problem, just wish they were a little better. But. for the price, this thing is great. I use this daily and it has held up great for months of daily use. After looking at my diagnostics, this pad seems to cool my laptop by about 2 degrees at full tilt while gaming and keeps my auto fans from coming on while browsing low key.
