The way it is packaged creates creases.
I like this mat but instead of rolling it and sending it in a box they folded it and now there's creases I can't get rid of. I even tried ironing it on high setting and they will not come out. Not a huge deal for most people but I planned on using it for video tutorials and as you can see, even with this horribly blurry picture the creases are very noticeable.
- Reduces mess for easier cleanup
- The material may be too thin to provide enough protection for work surfaces
