Item Returned on my review.
Only 1 star because I opened the box, checked out the pan & hit the return button. It looked sturdy & well made BUT it was too shallow to use for quiche - the only reason I was ordering it.
- It's simply a well-made product, perfect for larger size tarts such as a lemon or other custard type.
- The pans are not dishwasher safe and require hand washing, which can be time-consuming
