FIVE STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT BAGDoes not hold up. Have had and used for LESS than 1 week. Black fabric closure on top has already ripped and pulled away from canvas bag. Not sturdy. Super disappointed. Loved this bag initially, raved about it and then it crapped out AFTER LESS THAN A WEEK. Ugh! Had my last bag for over 4 years, saw this one and thought I traded up. I was wrong. Professional dog trainers. look elsewhere, this bag will not hold up with daily, all day use. :-(2/25/21: Sent email to seller. Will update if I get response. Ordered replacement bag, Will update if better quality.2/28/21: Customer service has been amazing BUT. received replacement bag today and thoroughly inspected it immediately for quality. Had a tear in the exact same location as the original. Returning both bags and going with a different bag/company. Original review stands - not a good bag for frequent use or professional dog trainers. Attached photos for reference.3/1. - 5 stars for customer service. They are very prompt and attentive. Issued full refund for bag, return of item not necessary. Wonderful company. Wish the bag would’ve worked for me.
