Tight fit causes discomfort
According to my experience, these compression tights were too tight and caused pain during my workout. The material is also not very breathable, causing me to overheat. The only positive aspect is that they do help with muscle support. Overall, i would not recommend these tights for anyone looking for comfortable workout attire..
