These do not feel like they provide a lot of compression, but so far, I have not had the calf strain issues I was trying to avoid. They are VERY LONG. I am 6'2" and my inseam is 36 inches, and these come up over my knee - I have to fold them down. I maybe could have gotten one size smaller?I wear these OVER TOP OF injinji toe socks to fight off blistering. Getting them on is easy if you follow the directions in the package.I expected these to be a bit tighter, or to able to feel more compression than I do, but so far they are doing the job I bought them for.
