I was excited to try this steam mop, but after I put it to the test I was extremely disappointed. The steam was weak and didnt clean my floors effectively. The attachments were flimsy and broke easily.The only positive was that it was lightweight and easy to maneuver. Overall, i would not recommend this product for anyone looking for a reliable steam mop..
