Ripped handles with first use

Packed up my 9 foot tree and used handles just to move out of the way (maybe a foot) and the handles ripped immediately. Not sure how actually moving it to its storage area is going to go at this rate. Big bag though.

  • Not suitable for wider, fuller Christmas trees
