Yoga Bolster - my new review
The bolster came in compressed and it took 2 full days to finally get it decompress fully. It is very soft and comfortable and can be washed too. It really helped me with all my stretches. It is very sturdy and will definitely last long, so worth it!
- Comfortable: The soft yet firm cushioning is perfect for providing comfortable support during long poses, helping to reduce strain on your back and joints
- The foam inside the bolster set might be too dense for some users
