Overall, I am pleased with this sports bra, at this price because it does offer very good support for high impact workouts. I wear and ordered a 36D. It fits as expected except that it is very tight, on the loosest hook, with very little give. This helps with the support aspect, but I would order a 38D, for comfort, yet still have the support. Go up one size in the band, order your regular size cup. Beware of color bleeding! I hand washed them, in cold water, with like colors, thank goodness. The black bleeds and would have ruined any light colored items. The gray also bleeds, looking more violet than gray, after just one hand washing. There is no color bleeding during wear, even with heavy sweating. I've had no issues with the white sports bra. They look pretty on, still feminine, lifts and separates. It does not give that uniboob look, like many sports bras do. I would recommend this item, keeping these negatives in mind.
