I ordered this because unfortunately my hands get very sweaty while working out. I cleaned my Matt but unfortunately it made it very slippery. This towel help a lot! It helped with my grip, sweat and it feel good. It probably could feel a bit softer but I have to air dry it due to the hight temperatures. Over a good buy!
- Provides a non-slip surface for hands and feet
- The towel doesn't offer enough support for people with joint pain
