Buy these! I started my weight loss journey a few weeks ago determined and fired up. A few days into it my my knee pain showed up. I bought these in the middle of the night with my knees thobbing under a heating pad. The next day I received them and so I decided to go to the park hoping to walk at least a mile. I walked 3 miles comfortably and ran some of the way as well with total support of these straps. Mind you I was limping earlier that day. I love that they are adjustable and washable. They are not bulky at all. After a few minutes into working out I forget that I'm wearing them. Awesome buy!
