Not for a long torso
Super cute dress, but the waist banding hit me in the lower chest. It looked great on my daughter, so we kept it. I’m 5’9”, 170, and a 36D, and it was too short for me. Bummer… If you have smaller dimensions, you’ll like it. I ordered the XL.
