I waited to review this nice set until the sheets and pillowcases had gone through the wash. I am very happy with the results. These sheets are very soft and comfortable. The pillowcases are also soft and easy on my head. The contour bottom sheet is a tight fight on the mattress.Bamboo requires much less water than cotton - and no pesticides. It is a sustainable source. I am not an expert, but I did some online research about the processing of bamboo into fabric and there are several processes - some use more dangerous toxic chemicals than others. Consumers who take environmental impact into their purchase decisions should look into this.This set has a similar price point to other bamboo sheets and pillowcases. it is less expensive than the high-end cotton products. It is a good value.
