We ordered the LIKEE Alphabet Number Flash Cards Matching Game for our grandchildren and it arrived in very good time. We found that we were missing one of the wooden letters (we had two "K"s and no "E"). On the package were directions to email customer service if we had any issue with the product. I sent an email right away describing the missing letter along with photos and before I knew it, a whole new, complete set arrived at our door. Our grands are ages 2 and 4 1/2 and they love the matching letters and numbers. We can work on identifying colors and animals and practice counting as well. I would definitely recommend this product and also share kudos for the excellent customer service!
