These long johns are very soft and comfortable and got the seal of approval from my picky husband. He is used to wearing silk thermal underwear, but we have given that up since silk doesn't last long -- you have to keep replacing them, and they are pricey. So we decided to go with these. He is 6'1" but has long arms and legs. The Large size long johns fit fairly well, just a little short in the arms. I think they would fit much better on an average-size man, but he says he will enjoy wearing them when it gets cold here.
