I am 5'7" and 130 pounds. I ordered the Medium. Not super tight, yet not super loose, just a bit of support. I was not looking for something super tight, that scrunches me in, just some smoothing underneath work office type pants. This works great, however, I am going to order a large as well. Just so I can have both; each will work differently for the different type of pants. Since I have a long torso, these do not go up to my bra, but rather sit at the lower tummy area. The bottom of the leggings sit just under my knees. They are also great to wear with capri pants.
