So I liked that the bra fit comfortably and that it was true to size. I am a 34 DD.y It’s pretty secure and keeps my boobs together. Jumping up and down it still wiggles a little but nothing over the top. Overall I believe it’s pretty secure. I’m wondering if I order a size smaller will it be more secure/tight. I like the way it straps in the back. Although it’s a little difficult to hook together for me, I love that added supported it gives like an actual bra. Overall I’m happy with this bra. And can’t wait to work out in it! Took these pictures front to back to help others in reviewing this product.
