I haven’t actually worn this hat yet as I just received it a couple of days ago but it’s pretty nice, especially considering the price. It looks nice and fits well and seems it will be extra warm with the lining. I don’t know how well it will stay on my head with the lining though. We will see. I’m not sure why it’s called a skull cap as this doesn’t fit close to the head but is more bouffant. I wanted that because if hats fit too close they make my head look too little for my body and make my face look big. This hat gives a more balanced look. My one worry is I see some loose strings around the edge and worry it may start to unravel. I tried to tie the strings in a knot to prevent that but they aren’t long enough. Hoping it will be ok. All in all I would buy another color in this hat if it wears ok because the appearance is good for my head and the look I wanted.
