Quality of product let me down

I received the pad a few minutes ago; the pad is what I ordered, but when I put the pad on the bar and used the straps to synch down the pad, BOTH the strap cam apart at the seams (BAD quality). Now I need to contact amazon to either get a replacement or a refund.
