For the Bobber store that comes in the comments, yes I rinsed the mug, left the lid in cold water for 18 hours, it did not help. The transport tube also smells unpleasant, but I frankly don’t care about it, I wasn’t going to drink coffee from it. The problem is in the lid, specifically in the o-ring on the lid. It is made of silicone and the Achilles' heel of this material is the ability to absorb odors.
If the production refuses tubes with raw glue in favor of ordinary recycled cardboard, the cost of the product will be reduced, and the percentage of such defects.

Плюсы

I liked the design of the mug, and the characteristics.

Минусы

The pungent chemical smell of the lid specifically smells like a silicone o-ring. Unfortunately, a very significant drawback is that it is impossible to use a mug because of mixing the smell with a drink, it is frankly nauseating.
