While I just received the holders and used them one time, I must say that I didn't find them annoying as I thought I might. I used the clips that came on the holders and surprisingly didn't even notice it it the cord while wearing them, which was perfect.They held tightly to my frames which were also new. The clips are strong and the rubber grip non damaging, but easy to clip to frames.I've switched one holder to the rubber adapters and will try them tomorrow when I go running.I needed something to ensure I don't drop my glasses/ sunglasses. The cord of the holder I find isn't too stiff and didn't irritate my neck. All very comfortable!
