I was excited about this phone holder, but it did not stick on my dashboard. I reached out to customer service about the issue and was told it is incompatible with my car model (which has a curved dashboard). CS then did thorough researching on other types of car phone holders in their store that would work for me. After offering a few different types for me to choose from, they immediately sent me the free replacement. I ended up with one that attaches to the vent, and it works perfectly. I highly recommend this company for its exceptional customer service. In the meantime, I am using the original phone mount on my very flat desk, which it adheres to well.
