Let me start off by saying that when I received the pillows, inside with the packaging was a card that said 'get $20 Walmart credit when you leave a five-star review'. With that being said I'm going to give you the absolute truth. I don't know if everyone else had the same offer or not.I have had these pillows for a year. When you first get these pillows they are completely flat and rolled up and you have to let them decompress. I think the directions said to give the pillows several hours but I ended up waiting 24 hours just to be sure . The next day they were full, fluffy and soft. The material is very nice feeling but If you like firm pillows these are not for you. They are very fluffy. There is not much support at all. After using the pillows 2 months they became very worn out and lumpy and and they are not filled out and shaped anymore. Even though I don't give these pillows five stars and my review isn't very positive I still use them because they are very easy to shape. You can fold it in half very easily and that's what I usually do. plus I'm a stomach sleeper so sleeping on my stomach on this pillow works out really well since it's not firm at all. So with all this being said I don't personally recommend them for people who need a lot of support and firm pillows. Nor do I recommend it for someone who want them to stay in their normal shape. But if you don't care that much and you just need a pillow then go for it. I hope this helped out.
