First and foremost, this product works. If that's all you care about you can stop reading here.I use this to power a telescope and I found some serious issues with it for that purpose. The plug that goes from the wall to the brick is very, very loose. It pulls out of the power brick with the slightest bit of force. The cord going from the power brick to the device is fairly short, like short enough that plugging into my telescope's tripod lifted it off the ground. If the telescope moved too much in one direction it'd unplug itself.Additionally, the plug here is advertised as 5.5mmx2.1mm. I haven't measured, but it seems longer than that. It sits only halfway into must of the ports I plug it into, leaving a lot of barrel sticking out that's free to wiggle loose on it's own.Product works, but has poor tolerances in design making it frustrating to work with.
