I'm new to the essential oils world, but I decided to try it out. This is also my first time purchasing from ESSLUX and I can confidently say it's been a positive experience.Exterior box arrived damaged, but everything inside was intact. Packaging and presentation is very clean and simple, which is a good thing.Taking the essential oils out of the package is a bit tough. There's no real leverage to be able to pull the bottles out, but if you fiddle your fingers on them long enough you'll eventually get them out.Out of the 6 scents I only like 4 of them.Cedarwood, Nutmeg, and Cypress are my favorites!Frankincense is decent, but I feel like this oil would be a good combination mixer with something else.Patchouli and Sandalwood is unbearable. I don't see myself using these at all.In regards to extracting the oils out, it's not very good. I had a hard time getting the droplets to come out. I've tried tapping, yanking, bumping, etc. Sometimes it comes out, sometimes it does not. It's a hit or miss.To my amazement, they honored the BUY ONE GET ONE free card. I just copied and pasted my order number to the specified email that they requested and my 2nd oil set was sent to me for free. I attached a photo for reference.Overall, I like the oils. There just needs to be some minor adjustments to make it near perfect!2 things to improve on:-If they want us to keep/use the box long-term, there needs to be a better way to get the bottles out of the box.-The bottles are not creating droplets like the way it should.
