I have awful, cracked heels. I hesitated to purchase these because I CANNOT stand wearing socks to sleep because my feet get hot. I wore these with NO problem. They are very well made and good quality. My feet did NOT get hot at any time. I wore them through the night until mid morning the next day. My heels have improved overnight, much softer. I also hesitated because many reviewers said that these run super small. I wear a size 7.5, but I have wide feet. They fit perfectly with room to spare. My mom has a slim size 7 foot and they fit her as well. Don't hesitate to get these, they are super comfy and they fit well.
