Look up instructions online AND. use a vise?
It does cut (I am using it on a square gallon bottle that had distilled water in it). It would have been easier if illustrated instructions had come showing how to use it. Also, it would be much easier, I feel, if the device was held rigidly in a vise, leaving both hands free to guide the plastic bottle for more accurate and even strip cutting.
- 5.5 x 1 x 1 inches
- No instructions or anything else. Will not recommend.
