I bough this pillow to help with my sciatica during pregnancy but it honestly did nothing for me. I feel that it may have been geared towards larger/taller mommas. When I use it I feel like I’m being swallowed by it. It’s definitely comfortable to use as support between the legs but there’s nothing that keeps it from separating on the bottom, which makes using one side of the pillow useful while the other flops awkwardly to the floor or just hangs out in the bed. Overall, I wasn’t so unhappy with it to return it but I definitely could have gone without it and used a normal pillow. I did stop using my memory foam pillow while using this, so it’s comfortable enough to use as a head and body pillow. That being said, I do not like firm head/neck pillows and always used by Bobby wedge pillow while using this.
