Few weeks after purchase - broken
Seemed to work ok for a few weeks until one morning just doesn’t work. Turns out the pulley rope was broken :( Evidently, a replacement is not available anytime soon so the vendor has agreed to refund purchase price.that's decent customer service for sure.
- Perfect for use in summer camps and outdoor activities
- Can be too heavy to lift onto an outdoor table
