First, my package arrived sooner than I expected so that’s always a plus. Second, the material of the waist trainer and butt lifter is breathable and had some stretch to it. Third, I really love the amount rows and hooks it has; allowing myself to adjust it as I lose inches. Some trainers give you three to four rows for adjustment and this one gives you six rows! You can wear throughout the day and during workouts. If you recently had a baby and are clear for waist training usage; I would purchase this one. Or if you have that mom pouch this is the one. This was the perfect purchase and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you.
