It does it again, it's tempermental at best on charging on a pad, and once phone is below 50% or so, and you place it on a charging pad it will charge, stop, charge stop, making your phone light up and down constantly. The trick ive found is to hit the "charge" button on the case, let it charge the phone a little then place it on the pad and don't touch it!I figured i'd update my review. the company reached out and said what I experienced wasn't normal. I recieved a new one shortly after that works perfectly as it should. That's how you do customer service!I’ve been using this a while. Over-all it works most of the time. If your phone is say under 50% and you put it on a Qi charger it will go into a charge/stop cycle beeping every few seconds as if it just was plugged and unplugged. Next is it will on continually charge on its own. You have to start the charge by pressing the button. So it will fully charge your phone then will cut off unlike other packs that keep you phone full. Lastly is often it won’t even charge your phone when you try, you have to disconnect the case from you phone, re install and then it will. This happens often also. There’s a LOT of little quirks that need to be worked out. I’ve had lots of case packs and chargers and none have had this many issues. But when I bought it, it was the only option at the time for a 10 max.
