HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! CASE SCRATCHED MY 2020 MACBOOK PRO

Just purchased the crystal case a few weeks ago for my 2020 13" Macbook Pro. Did not drop my laptop or hit it against anything and the case cracked which then left a deep scratch on my new laptop. Contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement. They said they could replace the bottom but said they were going to charge me $9.00 for the "replacement fee". At that point, I would rather buy a whole new case than to pay that fee. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
