The quality of the bra is great, and the support is even better. My only problem with it is I cannot get the thing on myself. I bought it because it was a racer back bra, and I like those. However, it is tight fabric - when you unhook the back to put it on, it extends the back just barely - maybe an inch. There is not much room to get it on over your head. If you are able to do that, it's even harder to hook. Like I said, it's a good bra, and if you are ok with spending several minutes putting it on, or asking someone to hook it for you, then you will be fine.
