This blouse is not chiffon, which is wonderful! It seems like every cute blouse these days are made of chiffon and I'm not a fan. This one is not! I honestly don't know what is made of but it's smooth and very comfortable to wear. I originally got an XL because I have bigger upper arms and am heavier chested (38D) than a normal L but this blouse fits bigger than normal so I ended up getting a Large instead and it fit much better with perfect room for my arms and chest area, which is great because the fabric barely had a stretch. I love the white with blue flower print!
