Buy one size smaller than you normally wear
I wear size 36 which is what I bought. Without a belt, the slightest breeze will cause them to fall around my feet. That's how loose they are. I like them otherwise and recommend them.
- The belt that is included works well.
- The shorts do not have enough stretch for comfortable movement
