Pretty, but not very "springy ".

This works just fine, once it's put in place - but there's not a lot of spring to it - you need to get it where you want it and then screw it "out" to tighten it into place - don't count on the spring. That said, it does the job and the end pieces are stylish. Recommended - but not "springy".

Of course it’s easy to install. Very sturdy and the black rod looks so elegant in my guest bathroom

Wouldn't get again.....
