The product is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.
The chairs are the same as described, but they were sent in a dismantled state. They took a lot of time to put together because there was no instruction included. I have previously purchased chairs that are very similar to these, and those chairs came with directions and a list of parts that were not included in this delivery. The chair legs have not been given any kind of treatment!
- The cost is lower than that of competitors.
- Unfortunately, the item was not delivered on time, and the customer was not informed.
