VERY bright, difficult to install
24W LED is equivalent to 100W incandescent, but this light seems to be even brighter than that. It is not a warm colored light, it does not make things look yellow. I would not use this in bedrooms, living or dining rooms or kitchen. I considered it a good light for workshops.My house is from the 1940's. Multiple tries of connecting the fixture base to the plaster did not work.Removing the existing flat bar that crosses the ceiling box, I was able to connect to the ceiling box with the original screws.
