Well I would like to first say that I have owned an 1,800 $ plasma cutter before, and was secpitcal because of the price of this one! Let me say that it cuts better than the 1,800 dollar one all day I was very pleased. unfortunately when I received the cutter the gun was broken I personally think it was due to the way ups handled it, i contacted Lisa through e-mail she showed such care with my concerns mailed me a new gun with some attachments in just a few short days! I would highly recommed them too anyone there product is great and also there very professional I will definitely be ordering from them again! Thank you for everything!
