This filter pitcher is great. Easy to use and great design.I did have a complaint about the flyer that came with my order promising the first replacement filter free. I called and texted as instructed and never got a reply. Then the replacement filter were not available anywhere. I kept checking and noticed other people had this complaint in reviews as well. I also noticed that the seller replied with a new phone number to these reviews.I called and talked to Justin. Talking to him, I found out his company had recently purchased CleanSip LLC. They've been dealing with this issue since.Justin verified my pitcher purchase and then promised to ship my free replacement filter within 24 hours. I reviewed the package yesterday afternoon and was surprised to find 2 filters.Thanks for being a great example of great customer service. It's becoming rare in the world.
