Using this product, our team found that the elastic bands were flimsy and easily snapped after only a few uses .Additionally, the pattern on the bands was so busy and distracting that it made it difficult to focus on our workouts. One pro of this product was the affordable price. However, we would not recommend these bands for anyone looking for durable and functional fitness accessories. As a frequent shopper of Health and Household products we were let down by this purchase..
