Be careful what you wear these under. I bought the sauna shirt and shorts together. I have never sweat so profusely as I do with this set on at the gym. I keep the shirt tucked in and by the time I'm finished working out sweat is just running down my calves in to my shoes, gross right?The only things that would make them better is to lose the "vents" in the crotch and make the inside waterproof. It's gross when you stand up from a machine and there's a puddle where you were. Not just the normal ass-condensation, but liquid sweat pooling on the seat.Don't wear them under gray sweat pants. The sweat that builds up under them will initially soak through the crotch vents making it appear that you wet yourself. Luckily I brought an extra pair of shorts to the gym.
