First I'll say, my ears have reactions to almost everything. I usually have to find surgical grade surgical steel or opt for expensive real gold jewelry. Otherwise my ears will get little blisters wherever the metal touched, especially the back of my ear and itch like crazy. I really wanted small hoop earrings but didn't want to pay anywhere near $100 for just a pair of earrings, and wanted to give these a try. And they worked! I've been wearing them for a few days now and haven't taken them off at all (shower + sleep) and I got zero reaction. They're a little tricky to close after you open them up (you have to pull the thin part outwards as if you're stretching out the earring and then that same part will click into place if you press in), but it didn't take long to figure out and they're simple but stylish!
