What great fun. I am discovering so many fun things to dehydrate - Papaya, pineapple, banana slices. I have to say you also should get a mandoline slicer or a food processor to slice even thicknesses. How about sliced zucchini, or squash, dipped in lemon/salt mixutre, then dried. Oh my word. Have you ever tasted dried tomatoes. The flavors are so much more in tense. And don't let me get started about Kale chips - Kale leaves, dipped in a mixture of lemon/soya sauce and rice vinegar then dried. They should be banned they are so addicting. All of them done superbly on this dehydrator. Love the digital display and consistent heat, and easy slide in trays.
