This ease of use. It was my first time using sous vide and the kit came in very handy in preparing the fish. The bags were sturdy which helped clip them to the cooking vessel.Clean up after use was easy once you got the bags inside-out which was a little hard because of the bag stiffness. Of course, I want the stiffness so that was a non-issue.Everything you need to go sous vide was in the package. The air displacement pump worked flawlessly.I would recommend this package, especially for those just starting g out with sous vide.
