The disappointment is complete, the product is not at all what I imagined.

I ordered a suitcase Xiaomi Mi Trolley 90 Points 28", and brought Points 24". It is much smaller. There were no documents for the suitcase in the box; at the point of issue, it was also possible to check only visually. You can’t immediately determine by eye what kind of suitcase they brought you, but you paid as for Xiaomi Mi Trolley 90 Points 28".
The support service did not help anything, it only drags out time. He asks to send photos of tags and goods, after which he stupidly offers to return the goods. We are not talking about the delivery of the necessary goods. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!
