Not a flat bottom for my opinion
Looks perfect but when I took it out of the wall mount the plastic soap container bottom is not flat and rocks. I have tile back splash and don’t want to mount the dispenser so I will be returning. I thought it would be ok since I read either mounting or counter worked. Warning, it doesn’t sit flat!

- The dispenser may be prone to leakage, causing a messy bathroom or kitchen
